Michael Dean Taggart, PhD, MPH, CIH, CSP is a consultant working with Skillful Means, Inc. He is a former Health Compliance Officer for the North Carolina Department of Labor. Dr. Taggart taught at both Old Dominion University and at North Carolina A&T State University. He has written a series of articles to help candidates for the CSP exam understand topics in Industrial Hygiene. Readers new to the field of IH are encouraged to read these in numerical order.
