Wayne J. Creasap II is the Director of Safety and Health for the Association of Union Constructors, National Maintenance Agreement Policy Committee, Inc.  He and his colleagues put together a summary of the OSHA Spring 2011 Regulatory Agenda for the construction and industrial maintenance industries.  They point out there may be many other points in the agenda pertinent to other industries and encourage all to view the full agenda at the Office of Regulatory Affairs website at reginfo.gov.
