Safety, Health and Environmental Awareness

Michael Dean Taggart, PhD, MPH, CIH, CSP is a consultant working with Skillful Means, Inc.  He is a former Health Compliance Officer for the North Carolina Department of Labor.  Dr. Taggart taught at both Old Dominion University and at North Carolina A&T State University.  He has written a series of articles to help candidates for the CSP exam understand topics in Industrial Hygiene.  Readers new to the field of IH are encouraged to read these in numerical order.  If you have questions, or would like to suggest a topic for inclusion in this series, he may be contacted at mtaggart4345@bellsouth.net
